ΙΝΤΡΑΚΑΤ: Απάντηση στην Επιτροπή Κεφαλαιαγοράς (αγγλικά)

In response to the letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission with reference number 2704/12-07-2016 and the questions set therein following a relevant publication, Intrakat informs the investing community that it participated as a nominated contractor in the offer of the bidding company "FRAPORT REGIONAL AIRPORTS OF GREECE SA" which was awarded the tender for the concession contracts regarding (a) the upgrading, maintenance, management and operation of the regional airports of Crete, Mainland Greece and Ionian Islands and (b) the upgrading, maintenance, management and operation of the regional airports of the Aegean Sea Islands, ratified by the Greek Parliament under L4389, Government Gazette 94A / 27.05.2016.

In the abovementioned context and in case there are contractual commitments for our company regarding the specific project, we will proceed in the relevant notification of the investment community.
