Royal Ballet, Royal Opera House, London

On Monday night, the Royal Ballet presents the first performance of Woolf Works, a new two-act staging by Wayne McGregor, inspired by the writings of Virginia Woolf. The score is by Max Richter, and Covent Garden publicity announces a production that "recreates the synaesthetic collision of form and substance" at play in Woolf's novels.
