More exhibitions, including 'Modigliani' and 'Magic Mirror'

Modigliani, Estorick Collection, London

The Estorick's own lovely Modigliani female portraits - the resplendent watercolour and black wash "Nude with Cup", the meditative ink "Head of a Woman", and two pencil drawings - are supplemented in this show of works on paper by rarely seen private loans, including those from the collection of the artist's close friend Paul Alexandre. The theme is the evolution of Modigliani's uniquely graceful, expressive modernist style, embracing Etruscan, Egyptian, Greek, African and Renaissance imagery.

Jessica Fulford-Dobson: Skate Girls of Kabul, Saatchi Gallery, London

"Skate Girls" won second prize at last year's Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait exhibition. Here is a chance to see the full, sensitively shot series documenting the inspiring story of a scheme, launched in 2007, to teach poor and displaced girls to skateboard as a hook to get them into education.

Magic Mirror: Claude Cahun and Sarah Pucill, Nunnery Gallery, London

Cahun's surreal, subversive photograph self-portraits, often in defiant disguises, were a form of resistance during the Nazi occupation of her Jersey home. Many are shown for the first time in London, with Pucill's filmic restaging of Cahun's work.

New Rhythms: Henri Gaudier-Brzeska, Kettle's Yard, Cambridge

Marking the centenary of Gaudier-Brzeska's death, at the age of 23 in the first world war, Kettle's Yard, a world resource for the sculptor, focuses on his engagement with dance and movement. The exhibition takes as its starting point his major works "Red Stone Dancer" and "Dancer", and his bronze "Firebird", which was inspired by Ballets Russes performances.

Treasured Possessions, Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge

Kettle's Yard's austerity and simplicity is wonderfully offset by Cambridge's second major spring show. At the Fitzwilliam, bright yellow embroidered high heels, a silver watch shaped like a skull, silks, porcelain, glass and bronze decorative objects tell the story of shopping from the Renaissance to the Enlightenment.

Christian Marclay, White Cube, London

For its final weekend, Marclay's sound-and-image exhibition presents performances by Japanese multimedia artist Ryoji Ikeda, whose immersive installations explore the essence of sound using light effects and mathematical concepts (Saturday) and New Yorker Elliot Sharp, who applies geometry, chaos theory and genetic metaphors to musical composition (Sunday).
