Keybank sells $1.25 bln in FDIC-backed bonds

NEW YORK, Dec 10 (Reuters) - Keybank NA on Wednesday sold $1.25 billion in bonds that will be backed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.

The sale included $1 billion of three-and-a-half-year fixed rate debt priced at 211 basis points over comparable Treasuries, and $250 million in two-year debt priced at 65 basis points over the three-month London interbank offered rate, IFR said.
